Services: Non-profit Website Design &
CRM Integration
Year: 2025
When the Sayre Foundation needed a new website to match the heart and mission behind their work, I got to step in and help bring it all to life — from scratch. This faith-based nonprofit, powered entirely by Sayre Hospitality Group and the Sayre Family, provides funding and scholarships to students and nonprofits across Ohio and beyond. Their generosity is huge — and they needed a site that could carry the weight of that mission.
We built this site on WordPress, giving their team full control of future updates while keeping things sleek, secure, and scalable. One of the biggest wins in this project was implementing a custom “sales” funnel for managing incoming scholarship and grant applications. By connecting the forms directly to a new CRM system, we took what used to be a tangled mess of spreadsheets and turned it into a simple, organized system that the whole team could manage with ease.
Design-wise, we leaned on clean, calm aesthetics while crafting copy that truly reflects the faith-centered mission of the Foundation. I collaborated closely with one of their team members to create the tone, layout, and user flow that would best serve their audience — especially first-time visitors looking for support or info.
This project hit on several core elements of what I love about nonprofit website design: meaningful work, efficient systems, and clear storytelling. Bonus points for getting to help a local organization build something that directly empowers others.

If you’d like to see the full site in action (and maybe get inspired to launch your own nonprofit project), you can check out the Sayre Foundation’s website here.
And hey — if your organization could use a fresh website, a smoother application system, or just someone who knows their way around a CRM and a good headline, I’d love to chat. Let’s build something that works hard and looks good doing it.
